DrywallCeiling Work

• Replace damaged ceiling tiles
• Adjust grid where necessary
• Coordinating with MEP trades for ceiling access

Electrical

• Remove/relocate wall devices as needed
• Install new device covers
• Replace or upgrade recessed lighting if required
• Test all circuits after completion

Flooring

• Remove existing flooring
• Surface prep (grind/level)
• Install new flooring finish (tile/LVP/carpet – per selection)
• Install new base trim

7. Painting

• Prime patched areas
• Full repaint of walls (including curved surfaces)
• Touch-up of trim and ceiling areas

Glass &

• Adjust door hardware and alignment

• Minor framing modifications (if required)
• Patch and repair drywall surfaces
• Prep curved wall transitions
• Sanding & surface prep for paint
