• Coordination with client and city inspectors

2. Demolition & Prep

• Selective demo of non-structural partitions and obsolete MEP systems
• Surface prep for new walls, ceilings, and flooring finishes

3. Electrical

• Install new panels, outlets, LED high-bay lighting, emergency lights, exit signs
• Power distribution for machinery and office areas

4. Plumbing

• Rough-in and finish for restrooms, break area sinks, and utility wash stations
• Floor drains and trench drains as required by layout
