1. Upper-Level Bench / Viewing Area

• Install new bench surface or replacement seating material as selected
• Secure bench components for safe use
• Sand, prep, and finish exposed bench surfaces as needed
• Touch-up surrounding surfaces affected by the bench work
• Ensure the upstairs bench/viewing area is properly secured and ready for use

2. Drywall / Ceiling Work

• Replace damaged or missing ceiling tiles as needed
• Repair ceiling grid where necessary
• Adjust ceiling components for proper alignment
• Patch damaged drywall surfaces as required
• Prep repaired drywall areas for paint
• Coordinate ceiling access with electrical or mechanical work if needed

3. Electrical Work

• Remove, relocate, or adjust existing wall/ceiling devices as needed
• Replace damaged device covers
• Replace or upgrade recessed lighting if required
• Secure loose electrical components where accessible
• Test affected circuits after completion
• Coordinate electrical work with ceiling/grid repairs as needed

4. Flooring / Turf Area Protection

• Installing new turf to replace epoxy
• Install or replace base trim where affected by repairs

5. Painting & Touch-Ups

• Prime patched drywall or repaired surfaces
• Paint affected walls, trim, bench area, and repaired surfaces as needed
• Touch up ceiling areas, door frames, trim, and transition areas
• Prep curved or irregular surfaces as required before paint
• Match existing colors as close as possible unless owner selects new colors

6. Doors & Miscellaneous Repairs

• Adjust door hardware and alignment where needed
• Make minor framing adjustments if required
• Patch and repair surrounding drywall near doors, openings, or transition areas
• Repair or prep wall surfaces affected by existing hardware, impact damage, or previous use
• Sand and surface prep areas scheduled for paint
