• Installation of coordinated black ceiling tiles and finishing of the existing suspended ceiling system.
• Installation and adjustment of energy-efficient LED lighting fixtures to provide consistent illumination throughout the space.
• Preparation of the existing subfloor and installation of commercial-grade luxury vinyl plank flooring.
• Installation of matching commercial base trim for a clean and finished transition between the walls and flooring.
• Installation and finishing of interior doors, frames, and commercial door hardware.
• Coordination of electrical devices, switches, outlets, controls, and lighting components with the completed interior finishes.
• Installation and coordination of custom-branded door graphics and decorative visual elements.
• Final caulking, paint touch-ups, detailing, cleaning, and inspection of the completed work.

The completed renovation transformed the interior into a polished and cohesive commercial space featuring dark architectural finishes, durable flooring, improved lighting, and custom branding tailored to the client’s business.
