Scope of Work:

• Construction of interior walls and installation of doors.
• Finishing of existing concrete columns through polishing / gypsum enclosure
• Drywall preparation, priming, and white paint throughout the designated scope areas.
• Coordination with landlord, protection of existing surfaces, jobsite cleanup, and final punch-list completion.
